The polyurethane foaming machine is a device that can make the foaming agent in a concentrated aqueous solution, and the foaming agent itself will not foam automatically, and foaming is done through the mechanical action of the foaming machine. The foaming machine and the foaming agent are mutually coordinated technical systems and cannot function alone.
The characteristics of the polyurethane foaming machine are continuous pressing, foaming, molding and sawing. Various large, medium and small composite boards can be manufactured. Due to its high production efficiency and stable product quality, it is a relatively advanced production process. The discontinuous composite board production line is mainly composed of single-layer and multi-layer presses and foaming machines.
Process characteristics: the wood board is pressed tightly and then foamed. It is suitable for the production of thicker, larger quantities, more specifications and sizes of products.
If the pressure of the polyurethane foaming machine is too low, the two components will not be mixed and affect the foaming rate, but if the pressure is too high, the process requirements of the entire equipment will be high. Temperature also has a great influence on the foaming rate. If the temperature is too high, the reaction rate will be fast, and other equipment and processes will be required to adapt. If the temperature is too low, the reaction will be slow and the curing time will be long, which will affect the production accordingly. Therefore, the design process should control the temperature within the range of 65±1°C according to the process requirements.
