- The raw material tank adopts a double-layer structure: electric heating and heat preservation ensure the stability of material temperature. The spiral baffle is installed in the heating jacket to make the heating more uniform and prevent the oil temperature from being too high, which will cause the raw material in the tank to thicken; it can save electricity and time. The inner tank is made of acid-resistant argon arc welding stainless steel (material 304);
- The main components of the A raw material pump are the rotor and the stator. It is a progressive volumetric pump. The material flow is linear and stable, with good self-priming force. It can transport various mixed impurities and solid particles or fibers with stable medium flow.
- The B raw material pump has a high-standard external meshing gear with good geometric shape, and is precisely matched with the inner cavity of the pump body to ensure the accuracy of the output displacement of each fluid.
- The mixing device adopts a special sealing device (independently developed) to prevent the high-speed operation (frequency conversion speed regulation) stirring device from pouring or flowing. The single-sided mechanism gap is 0.5mm, which greatly improves the product quality and improves the stability of the equipment.
